Looking for a specific piece that is sold out, limited, or difficult to find? Yumi Select provides client-focused sourcing services to help customers access hard-to-find luxury items through trusted channels, with transparent communication from search to delivery.
Clients can submit details such as brand, model, size, color, preferred condition, budget, and timeline. Our team then searches through trusted suppliers, private collectors, authorized channels, resale networks, and international sources to locate the requested piece. Once a suitable item is found, we provide a transparent quote that may include the item price, sourcing service fee, shipping, tax, import cost, and authentication cost if applicable. The sourcing fee is typically calculated as a percentage of the final item value, commonly around 15–20%, depending on rarity, complexity, and urgency.
Authenticity Verification
Trust is at the center of every Yumi Select transaction. We offer authenticity verification for luxury items purchased through our platform, as well as standalone legit check services for clients who want added confidence in pieces acquired elsewhere.
Verification can be conducted through detailed photo review, video consultation, in-person inspection, or ship-in physical examination depending on the item type and value. Our process reviews key details such as materials, stitching, logos, hardware, serial numbers, date codes, care labels, receipts, certificates, packaging, and overall craftsmanship. For high-value items such as designer handbags, jewelry, watches, and rare collectibles, we may also use third-party professional authentication. Standalone verification fees may vary by item complexity and value, typically ranging from $20 to $200.
Consignment Program
Yumi Select helps collectors and luxury owners resell authenticated pre-owned pieces through a curated platform. Our consignment model gives quality items a second life while offering sellers a reliable, selective, and professionally managed resale experience.
Sellers may submit item photos, brand information, condition details, original packaging, receipts, and asking price expectations for initial review. Once accepted, each item is authenticated, condition-graded, priced according to market demand, and presented through Yumi Select’s sales channels. Suitable consignment items may include handbags, jewelry, watches, apparel, sneakers, vintage accessories, and limited-edition designer pieces. After the item is sold, Yumi Select retains a commission and the seller receives the remaining proceeds, creating a simple way to turn unused luxury goods into value while extending the lifecycle of premium fashion products.
